Names Substitute Image List

Names are hard to memorize because they're subjective. Most names don't easily remind you of someone's name. This list will make it much easier.

This is a spreadsheet of over 31,000 most common names. Most have no associated image, but I've added substitute images for over 3,800 names. (You may fill in the others as needed.) And you're free to change any images I've recorded for many common names.

Substitute name images allow you to easily recall a name.

Instead of Sally, think Salad
For Alfred, think Half-Red.
For Mary, think of a bride (Marry).
Lisa could be recalled as Leash.

An image is easier to remember than a name. But it can be a challenge to quickly create name images as you're meeting many people at an event.  So, I've done the hard work for you. You may review these names to help you to instantly create images for many common names.  Keep this list on your phone so you can quickly record or review names at any time.
